Key Responsibilities:
As our Hire Desk Controller, you’ll manage all aspects of daily hire desk operations, including:
Coordinating equipment availability, allocation, and scheduling
Maintaining accurate records of hire agreements, returns, and extensions
Monitoring equipment utilisation and reporting on hire performance
Liaising with clients, site managers, and transport teams for timely deliveries
Ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and company hire policies
Processing invoices, payments, and hire documentation
Resolving client queries or disputes regarding hire services
Tracking maintenance schedules and coordinating equipment servicing
Supporting sales and operations teams with hire availability insights
What we’re looking for:
