Internal Account Support – £34,000pa – Poole, Dorset

We’re looking for an Internal Account Support to join an office in Poole, Dorset. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week) offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with excellent career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing frontline customer support, understanding order fulfilment, and resolving issues quickly
• Managing and responding to delivery queries via phone and email
• Handling customer orders from receipt to processing, using ERP, CRM, Excel, and Smartsheet
• Coordinating goods in and working closely with purchasing and fulfilment teams
• Booking transport to 3PL locations efficiently, considering vehicle sizes and routes
• Preparing paperwork for internal processes and exports
• Monitoring and managing stock at 3PL locations, validating reports, and recommending actions
• Booking freight within approved allowances

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution environments

• Experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain support
• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills

• Experience using ERP systems and databases
