Platinum Recruitment are currently working with a busy, well known & family ran business with multiple sites across Dorset. They are looking to expand their internal sales team based in the Wimborne office with an Internal Sales Advisor.

What’s involved?

• Providing a high standard of customer service
• Answer incoming calls & organising the email inbox
• Responding to online enquiries
• Quoting all products available
• Selling services & products
• Taking payments over the phone
• Chasing outstanding quotes
• Researching competitors prices
• Booking on jobs
• Entering data onto companies database

  Skills Required?

• Previous sales experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Good level of IT systems, including all Microsoft office
• Confident taking personal information & payments over the phone
• Excellent organisation skills & time management
