Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am -5.00pm
As an Internal Sales Development Executive based in Wimborne, you’ll join a growing commercial team where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities
* Make outbound calls, follow up on enquiries, and identify new business
* Build strong relationships with existing customers
* Spot opportunities to upsell additional waste and environmental services
* Support the setup of new accounts, ensuring accurate pricing and compliance
* Work closely with operations and transport to ensure smooth service delivery
What we’re looking for
* Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to build rapport and influence customers
* IT proficiency across MS Office and internal systems
* Confidence making high-volume outbound calls
