Role: Labelling Compliance Coordinator
Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000pa DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday Days

Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a successful food manufacturing business based in Poole. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Labelling Compliance Coordinator to join their Technical team, focusing on the labelling & packaging.

This role is key in ensuring all product labels & packaging meet current UK, EU, and US food compliance regulations, supporting new product launches and maintaining brand consistency.

What’s the job role?

• Manage packaging & labelling design projects from start to finish
• Ensure accurate & up-to-date ingredient, allergen, & nutritional information
• Liaise with internal departments (Marketing, NPD, QA, Supply Chain) & external suppliers
• Approve final artwork, checking for compliance, print quality, barcodes, & cutter guides
• Maintain accurate audit-ready records of labelling approvals & updates
• Provide food labelling & regulatory advice to the wider business
• Work with SAP, Excel, & Access to manage product data

Skills Required?

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of food labelling legislation (UK, EU & USA)
• Proficient in SAP, Access, and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail & ability to manage multiple projects
• Familiar with label/packaging management systems
