Job role – Maintenance Technician –

Location – Central London

Salary – £32,000

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an Independently owned furnished office spaces and they are looking for a Maintenance Technician to float between the offices.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Kitchen installation experience require
• Fixing doors, locks, door closures, carpet tiling, repair leaks and painting.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and testing (i.e. fire alarm call point testing, water flushing etc).
• Carrying out reactive tasks assigned via our system to brand standards.
• Ensure that all maintenance issues are carried out in a timely fashion and in line with our daily working procedures.
• Follow policies and procedures.
• Management of cleaning standards ensuring buildings are left clean and tidy following completion of works.
• Organising and updating supplier information and supply/stock information
