Responsibilities for an Mill Operative

Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

• Maintain feed safety and quality standards throughout the production process
• Operate plant equipment via our computerized mill control system
• Accurately weigh micro ingredients, including veterinary medications
• Optimize pelleting machines for maximum product quality and operational efficiency
• Perform routine cleaning and carry out basic maintenance of plant equipment

Requirements for Mill Operative

• Can do attitude
• Good relationship building skills
• Self motivated
• UK Licence
