Your responsibilities will include-

In the role of Plant Fitter, you will serve as a Moible Plant Fitter, operating within the Peterborough region. You will be part of an exceptional team of Plant Fitters dedicated to the upkeep, servicing, and repair of our company’s extensive fleet of Plant Hire equipment.

• Servicing, repairs and breakdown maintenance of equipment such as excavators, diggers, dumpers, rollers and more.
• Carry out diagnostic testing to identify faults and issues.
• Complete detailed reports on all work carried out.
• Provide support and mentoring for less experienced Plant Fitters.
• Work with a fantastic team of qualified Plant Fitters.

Other industries considered-

• HGV/Powered Access/Agricultural/Plant

Experience essential for this role –

• Full UK Driving Licence is required
• NVQ Level 2 or higher in a form of engineering
• CSCS card
• Fully qualified Plant Fitter
• A good understanding of Hydraulic, Electric and Mechanical systems

• Previous experience maintaining, diagnosing and repairing faults with a variety of plant.
• Ability to diagnose and carry out repairs on errors and faults with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues
• Great communication skills and problem solving skills
