Key Responsibilities:

In this Self Employed Mortgage Advisor role, you’ll be responsible for delivering independent, compliant advice while growing your personal client portfolio.

• Responding to and following up mortgage and protection enquiries

• Providing independent mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs

• Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients

• Networking and self-generating business to grow your pipeline

• Keeping up to date with market trends, products, and compliance requirements

• Attending training and development sessions to enhance your knowledge

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Self Employed Mortgage Advisor, you’ll need the drive to build your own business with the support of an established brokerage.

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)

• CAS authorised with a clean regulatory record

• Recent experience advising on mortgages

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Honest, professional, and customer-focused approach

• Self-motivated with the ambition to grow your earnings

For self-employed advisors, a minimum of two days per week in the office is required to maintain a strong team culture.
