Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursery Manager to join their fantastic team in Chingford. This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week) where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our little learners.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest quality care and education.
• Develop and implement engaging and stimulating learning activities.
• Build strong relationships with parents and the local community.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children and staff.

What You’ll Need:

• Essential: Level 3 in Early Years or above.
• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or in a senior early years role.
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• An enhanced DBS check
