About the Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. You will be responsible for:

• Implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Planning and leading engaging activities.
• Observing and recording children’s development.
• Building strong relationships with children and their families.
• Ensuring the nursery’s policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintaining a clean and organised learning environment.

About You:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Newly qualified candidates with at least 6 months experience will also be considered.
• A passion for working with young children and babies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and enthusiastic approach.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
• Be able to commute to a Nursery in the Crawley/Horsham area
