Qualified Nursery Nurse – Full & Part Time considered – £12.44 phr

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Nursery Nurse to join our client’s friendly team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their well-being and development. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children and contribute to their early years foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote children’s learning and development, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to parents/carers.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children.
• Maintain a clean and organised learning environment.
• Contribute to the overall smooth running of the nursery.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high quality childcare.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Proven experience working with young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for early years education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
• A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
