• Implement the EYFS with Confidence: Deliver high-quality care and education, leveraging your Level 3 knowledge to create engaging learning experiences.
• Design Inspiring Activities: Plan and lead stimulating activities that foster children’s development and ignite their curiosity.
• Cultivate a Safe and Inclusive Space: Create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Collaborate and Connect: Build strong relationships with children, parents, and your dedicated team.
• Document and Assess: Utilise your observation skills to track children’s progress and maintain accurate records.
• Lead Outdoor Adventures: Facilitate outdoor exploration and play, promoting a love for learning through hands-on experiences.
• Champion Child Well-being: Ensure the health, safety, and happiness of every child under your care.
• Contribute to a Smooth Nursery Flow: Assist with meal times and general nursery duties, ensuring a seamless daily routine.

Requirements:

• Your Level 3 Qualification: A valid Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent is essential.
• Practical Experience: Proven experience as a Nursery Nurse, demonstrating your ability to work with diverse age groups.
• EYFS: A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and a genuine passion for early years education.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive within a supportive team.
• Proactive and Enthusiastic: A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding care.
• Driving Advantage: A driving license and access to a car is beneficial due to the nursery’s location.
