Your Key Responsibilities:

• Hold a Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years.
• Maintain high standards of care and quality within the nursery.
• Take on key carer responsibilities for designated children.
• Plan and deliver stimulating activities to support children’s development.
• Assist with the preparation and support of daily activities.
• Take on day-to-day management responsibilities when required in the absence of the Team/Room Leader.
• Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS.
• Ensure full compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
• Support and mentor students and unqualified staff, promoting high-quality care and education.
