Your Role:

You’ll be a hands-on leader, working directly in the rooms whilst supporting the Nursery owner to support children’s development and play a vital role in creating the nursery’s positive, nurturing atmosphere. You’ll work closely with the operations team to ensure the highest standards of care and education are met, helping to create a welcoming and engaging environment for all children.

What Our Client is Looking For:

We need a proactive, passionate, and experienced individual who:

• Holds a minimum Level 3 EYFS qualification.
• Has a minimum of 2 years of experience within a Nursery setting if you have supervisor or management experience, this is a bonus!
• Is an active, hands-on leader who loves being involved in children’s daily learning.
• Has a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and the commitment to uphold them.
• Is excited by the opportunity to grow professionally with a new nursery.
