Looking for a new opportunity in Bournemouth? We would love to introduce you to our sister company Platinum Components who are currently looking for an Office Administrator on a part-time basis to join the team.

Our ideal is for the successful person to work 5 days a week but we are happy to discuss working hours that suit your situation.

What’s involved?
Platinum has grown significantly over the last financial year & is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to aid our next stage of growth. We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join our Bournemouth-based team. The primary role will be supporting the day-to-day tasks within the admin team.

The role will also entail:

  • Communicating with the Sales department to ensure they have all the information on their orders quickly and efficiently.
  • Enhancing key internal/external relationships with sales/purchasing/operations teams
  • “Own” your role/work space and improve current work practices
  • Monitoring the Customer & Supplier RMA logs
  • Issuing RMA numbers to customers and following the process through to completion.
  • Arranging supplier RMA and following through to completion.

The ideal Office Administrator will have:

  • Great attention to detail.
  • Be customer-focused.
  • The ability to work in a busy environment.
  • Prioritise workflow.
  • Ability to multitask over a variety of areas.

Office Administrator Salary – £22,500 (Pro-rata)
