In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day:
Coordinating engineering and provisioning teams to deliver projects and support services
Scheduling and dispatching helpdesk and field engineers
Managing customer orders and support tickets via the CRM system
Liaising with staff and clients to allocate work efficiently
Monitoring workloads and adapting resources to maintain excellent service
We’re seeking someone who thrives on organisation and communication:

Confident communicator across all levels – colleagues, customers, and suppliers
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A professional and proactive mindset, able to adapt to a dynamic workload
