Key Responsibilities:

As Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role across the business, including:

• Providing high-level operational and administrative support to the Leadership Team
• Managing complex diaries and coordinating internal and external schedules
• Overseeing day-to-day operational administration and IT systems
• Preparing professional presentations, reports and documentation
• Acting as a central link between customer service, warehouse and distribution
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent service
• Supporting warehouse operations during peak demand
• Driving the company van when required to assist with logistics
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Liaising with consultants and third-party providers

What we’re looking for:

To be successful as Operations Manager, you’ll need:

• Experience supporting CEO & Chariman (EA-level or similar operational support background)
• Strong organisational and diary management skills
• High IT literacy and confidence producing presentations and reports
• Excellent customer service skills
• A mature, professional presence with the confidence to operate at leadership level
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to support across all areas
• Ideally, experience within fresh food, FMCG or distribution environments
