Key Responsibilities:
As Operations Manager, you’ll take the lead on delivering high standards across multiple sites in Bristol:
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of a multi-site contract, ensuring compliance and performance
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and long-term planning
- Lead, support, and develop site-based teams and supervisors
- Ensure health & safety and statutory requirements are consistently met
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement across services
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors to maintain service quality
- Lead regular performance reviews and operational meetings
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as an Operations Manager in Bristol, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as an operations manager within a PFI or similar environment
- Strong leadership skills, managing teams across multiple locations
- Experience overseeing budgets and delivering against financial targets
- A technical or FM qualification (such as IWFM or NEBOSH preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, organised approach with a focus on service delivery
- Ability to travel between sites as required
