Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking
• Ensure all surfaces are defect-free before painting begins
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with the painting team for smooth workflow

What we’re looking for

• Experience in paint preparation, ideally in the marine industry
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• The ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in paint prepping
• Good communication skills and the physical stamina for a hands-on role
