Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality coating finishes and smooth production flow:

• Preparing and masking surfaces before spraying

• Mixing and applying two-pack polyurethane coatings

• Operating air-assisted and airless spray equipment

• Checking coating thickness, finish, and overall quality

• Following production schedules and meeting deadlines
