Salary: From £35,000 DOE + Bonus + Vehicle

As a Parts Manager, you’ll lead two busy Parts Departments, overseeing:
Daily showroom & goods-inward operations
Departmental staff management and development
Stock control and inventory accuracy
Customer service excellence for internal teams & external clients
Collaboration with sales and service teams
Communication with suppliers, trade partners & key accounts
Driving KPIs, efficiency and profit across the board
To be successful as our next Parts Manager, you’ll need:
Experience with agricultural, Plant or groundcare machinery (preferred)
Proven supervisory or management experience
Strong multitasking & organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and lead a team
