Your Role and Impact as a Pipe Fitter:

As a key Pipe Fitter, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of installation and repair for critical systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Measuring and marking pipes for cutting, threading, and welding using various tools.

• Repairing systems using diverse welding and plumbing techniques.

• Attaching pipes to structures and bending them into position.

• Sealing routes of pipework to eliminate water ingress.

• Performing tests on your work or others’ work to ensure there are no leaks or weak joints.

• Reading and interpreting specifications to plan and install piping systems in industrial units/vehicles.

• You’ll ensure health and safety and employee wellbeing are always prioritised in Manchester.

Is This Role for You?

We’re looking for a Pipe Fitter with previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter and an excellent understanding of the manufacturing process. You’ll need to have your own transportation or be able to reliably travel to the site in Manchester. Experience as a Pipe Welder is highly desirable.
