We are seeking a Site Manager with a real passion for operational excellence. In this role, you will be crucial to driving efficiency, quality, and team performance across the Manchester facility.
Leadership & Team Development: Oversee all aspects of people management, including recruiting, performance reviews, and coaching, to foster a motivated, high-performing workforce across the site.
Operational Control: Oversee daily workflow to ensure production schedules, targets, and quality standards are consistently met in Manchester.
Driving Improvement: Lead lean manufacturing initiatives, implement 5S principles, and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Proactive Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential challenges, ensuring materials control and resource availability for uninterrupted production.
Compliance & Communication: Ensure full compliance with all safety procedures, communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress, and participate in key business improvement meetings.

Experience: Previous experience as a Production Manager is essential, with a clear passion for continuous improvement and experience in lean manufacturing.
Leadership: You must thrive in a leadership role, driving performance, fostering team development, and achieving operational excellence.
Proactive & Resilience: The ability to take on challenges, proactively identify opportunities, and demonstrate the resilience needed to lead teams through change.
Communication & Management: Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, employees, and departments, alongside strong time management to ensure efficiencies and deadlines are met.
