Production Operative – Lymington, Hampshire – Up to £14.24 per hour
8am-5pm shifts with 1-hour lunch and temp to perm opportunity

We’re recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing food manufacturing site in Lymington, Hampshire. You’ll be part of a fast-paced but welcoming team, where quality and teamwork are key, making this an ideal role for someone looking to build experience in production.

  Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the manufacturing of products

• Packing and labelling finished goods

• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety

• Supporting the team to meet daily targets

• Previous experience in a production or factory environment (preferred)

• The ability to work well within a team

• Good attention to detail

• Comfort working in a chilled environment
