Your Role: Leading with Passion and Excellence
- Champion the delivery of outstanding domiciliary care, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Establish and maintain robust quality assurance systems, ensuring adherence to CQC regulations and best practices.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans and risk assessments, promoting client well-being.
- Actively gather and respond to client feedback, driving continuous improvement.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing care team through effective recruitment, training, and supervision.
- Optimise staff rotas to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies, including CQC standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, upholding data protection principles.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, delivering exceptional value.
- Build strong relationships with external agencies, health care professionals, and families.
- Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the service.
- Cultivate positive and meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
- Identify opportunities for service growth and development.
What You Bring:
- A degree or professional qualification in health or social care (e.g., Social Work, Nursing, Health and Social Care Management).
- Proven management experience within the domiciliary care sector.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent IT proficiency.

- Experience in business development within domiciliary care.
