Our client in Southampton is a national charity and healthcare provider who specializes in care for Young adults and Elderly individuals with dementia, mental health, and learning disabilities services in residential care homes.

Rate of pay: £16.81ph – £19.05ph (holiday pay included)

What’s involved?

• As a Relief Chef for our client you will be expected to manage the kitchen assistants and run the operations whilst cooking residents a creative, delicious meal.
• You will be expected to adhere to IDDSI requirements when needed.

You will need:

• An Enhanced DBS certificate that has been issued within the last 3 years
• Up-to-date Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Up to date Food Allergen Certificate

• IDDSI knowledge (ideal not essential)
• To have had experience as a chef within a healthcare environment (ideal not essential)
