Key Responsibilities:

This is a varied role that involves processing and logging all incoming RMA requests, managing inspection reports, issuing tracking numbers, and coordinating return shipping. You’ll work closely with freight partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the accurate handling of credit notes and customer returns. A strong grasp of warehouse processes like booking stock, picking orders, or generating dispatch labels will be a big advantage.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in returns, sales admin, or logistics
  • Comfortable handling tracking data and inspection reporting
  • Confident communicator by phone and email, with a strong eye for detail
  • Organised, reliable, and familiar with warehouse-to-office process flow
  • A desire to learn and grow, there’s scope to step into a Sales Administrator role as part of your development
