We’re recruiting an experienced Senior Nurse Quality & Compliance Lead to join a dementia, nursing, mental health, respite specialist in Brighton. Key Responsibilities:
In this Senior Nurse Quality & Compliance Lead role, you’ll oversee quality standards and governance across the service in Brighton, including:
- Leading clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Developing and reviewing policies and procedures
- Managing quality assurance processes and monitoring compliance
- Investigating incidents and supporting risk management
- Supporting safeguarding processes and best practice
- Preparing services for inspections and supporting CQC compliance
- Promoting strong standards in medication management and infection control
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a confident clinical professional who can lead and influence quality improvements, including:
- A registered nurse with strong experience in governance or compliance roles such as Clinical Compliance Lead or Senior RGN.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards, and clinical governance
- Experience leading audits, inspections, or service improvement projects
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or training nursing teams
- Excellent attention to detail with strong report writing and data analysis skills
- Confident communication skills and the ability to challenge poor practice professionally
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
