Role: Senior Technical Processor

Salary: Up to £36,000

We are looking for a highly organised individual with a strong background in the motor industry. We’re searching for a Senior Technical Processor to join this friendly team near Basildon. If you’ve excelled as a Service Advisor or have solid experience in a service, maintenance, or repair environment, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our technical processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will be vital in supporting our operations and maintaining high standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Essential experience as a Service Advisor within the motor industry, or a proven background in a service, maintenance, or repair environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ensuring all technical documentation is current and accessible to the workshop team
• Be able to Identify and communicate supplementary parts required for repairs.
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates on repair progress, delays, and additional work required.
• Explaining technical issues and repair processes to customers in an understandable way.
• Ensuring that all processed information and completed work adheres to company standards, manufacturer guidelines, and relevant safety regulations.
• Utilising workshop management systems (e.g., Audatex) for quoting, invoicing, scheduling, and record-keeping.
• Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise workload.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Salary: Up to £36,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 47.5 hours per week
