The Impact You’ll Make as a Service Advisor
We’re looking for a sharp, organised professional to become our next Service Advisor in our busy Lanark depot. This is a crucial role where you’ll be the main point of contact for our farming and machinery customers, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire service department.
Your key responsibilities will involve:
Customer Liaison: Efficiently booking in customers’ machinery for maintenance and repair.
Workshop Scheduling: Tasking our expert workshop engineers each day and scheduling their jobs to maximise efficiency.
Administrative Flow: Processing job cards, ensuring orders are placed correctly, handling invoicing, and accurately processing payments.
Technical Support: Using your knowledge to provide initial technical issues and diagnosis support over the phone. You’ll be the expert solving problems before they even reach the workshop.
