You’ll be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience by:
Receiving customers and their vehicles in a friendly and professional manner, discussing and confirming their requirements, and taking full responsibility for the vehicle during its time at the Retailer.
Collaborating closely with the workshop team to achieve the highest possible levels of performance.
Keeping customers fully informed of their vehicle’s status, providing comprehensive technical and commercial advice on the work to be done, and giving accurate cost estimates.
Informing customers about accessories and optional extras, and promoting any accessory campaigns.
Ensuring collection and delivery drivers operate to schedule, meeting both customer and workshop expectations.
Accurately capturing and loading all customer and vehicle data into the Kerridge DMS, ensuring records are consistently updated.
Raising and processing repair orders according to established guidelines, ensuring work is completed to schedule and the required standard.
Ensuring invoicing is accurate and completed on time.
Taking responsibility for subcontracted repairs, verifying work completion.
Ensuring proper use of technical information and understanding of manufacturer systems.
Identifying and retaining all relevant warranty documentation and parts for the warranty team.
A professional and friendly individual, eager to receive customers and their vehicles in Poole, discuss their requirements, and take full responsibility.
A strong communicator who can keep customers informed, provide comprehensive technical and commercial advice, and offer cost estimates for repair work.
