This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Manager in Stratford Upon Avon to lead and develop a team of skilled engineers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of first-class service to valued customers.

Your Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the organisation and management of a team of skilled engineers.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure parts availability and efficient time management.
Manage and optimise call outs and ensure all customers are receiving first-class service.
Manage all aspects of the service team and workshop.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with valued customers.
Maintain Work in Progress (WIP) at a manageable level, in line with company policy.
What we’re looking for:
Experienced in being a Service Manager in this industry (or experienced in a transferable relevant industry) or an experienced Engineer looking to step up to management.
Have an excellent understanding of the machinery and the seasonal pressures faced by customers and the business.
A skilled communicator, enabling effective communication with engineers and customers.
Used to working to challenging deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Experience as an Agricultural Service Manager or Automotive Service Manager is advantageous.
A desire to work as a Service Manager in Stratford Upon Avon.
