As the core leader for Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards in Horsham, West Sussex:
Develop, implement, and maintain robust policies and procedures to ensure comprehensive legal and company compliance.
Lead site inspections and audits, conducting thorough Health and Safety risk assessments to proactively minimise workplace hazards.
Drive a strong safety-first culture by delivering effective training to staff at all levels.
Investigate all incidents thoroughly to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Pioneer continuous improvement initiatives to enhance both operational performance and quality standards across the Construction plant division.
To make a positive impact in this SHEQ Manager role based near Horsham, West Sussex, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
NEBOSH National General Certificate (minimum).
NVQ Level 5 or 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice.
An Environmental Management Qualification.
Experience: Proven experience within the Construction or Plant sectors, specifically managing Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge and experience ensuring compliance with key industry standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
