Your Responsibilities:

• Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on agricultural machinery both in the depot and on customer sites across Durham.
• Accurately complete timecards and adhere to company service procedures.
• Utilise diagnostic tools and technical knowledge to effectively troubleshoot complex issues.
• Provide support and act as a deputy for the Service Manager when needed.
• Assist in coordinating daily workshop operations, allocating work and managing workflow efficiently.
• Coach and mentor Technicians, promoting a focus on quality and a “right first time” approach to all repairs.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Service Technician within the agricultural or a related industry.
• Proven leadership qualities and the ability to guide, support, and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working as a Working Supervisor or Agricultural Supervisor is advantageous.
• A desire to contribute to a successful team in Durham.
