About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Providing individual and small group support to pupils.
• Assisting with classroom organisation and resources.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Contributing to the wider life of the school.

Essential Requirements:

• An understanding of safeguarding procedures.
• A positive attitude and child-centric focus.
• Patience and calmness in all situations.
• A valid safeguarding certificate (or willing to complete one).
• An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service.

Desirable Requirements:

• A qualification in childcare and education or an education degree.
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
• Experience of using a range of learning support strategies.
