Key Responsibilities:

As Technical Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers post-delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience. Your duties will include:

• Acting as the primary contact for service requests and technical queries

• Managing the aftersales inbox and resolving issues via phone and email

• Providing remote technical support and troubleshooting mechanical or electrical faults

• Guiding customers on correct usage, maintenance and fault finding

• Coordinating spare parts with warehouse teams

• Logging service orders onto the ERP system with accurate customer details

• Preparing service performance reports and supporting root cause analysis

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Technical Advisor, you’ll ideally have:

• A plumbing background or strong product knowledge

• Experience as an Aftersales Advisor or Technical Service Advisor

• Confidence reading technical drawings

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• An understanding of safety standards

• Excellent communication and report writing ability

• Good time management and organisational skills

• A customer-focused approach

• Flexibility to travel for site support if required
