Role: Receptionist
Location: Exeter, Devon
Salary: £13.68ph inclusive of holiday pay
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established company that require a Receptionist on a TEMPORARY basis to cover workload in their Exeter, Devon based office.

This is a temporary role!!

What’s the job role?

• Cover the reception desk and meet & greet staff, visitors & contractors
• Sign out keys, passes and ensure reception logs are filled out correctly
• Conduct floor walks and checking that all tea points are fully stocked
• Check there are no visible defects (lights that are not working, doors not working etc)
• Act as a site liaison for staff, contractors, and visitors
• Carry out ad-hoc requests
