A brand-new nursery is opening its doors in September 2025, and we’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Nursery Nurse/Early Years professional to join their family in Kingston Upon Thames. This is an incredible opportunity to help build a fantastic setting from the ground up and make a real impact on the lives of children and their families.

This isn’t just any nursery job-it’s a chance to be a founding member of a vibrant new community. As a Minimum Level 3 qualified Senor Nursery Nurse/EYFS professional, you’ll be instrumental in getting everything ready for our first group of little learners. You’ll help set up the nursery, ensuring it’s a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment.

You’ll also get to be a key part of our open day, meeting families and sharing your passion for early years education. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and a solid grasp of safeguarding procedures. You’ll be the kind of person who knows that every child’s safety and well-being comes first.

What We’re Looking For

• A Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge
• A valid, enhanced DBS on the update service (essential!)
• A friendly, can-do attitude and a love for working with children
• Someone who’s excited to help create a brand-new nursery from scratch!
