Role: Vehicle Body Builder
Location: Melksham
Shift: 7am – 5pm / Friday – 7am – 2:30pm
Salary: £24 an hour (£50k OTE)

As a Commercial Vehicle Builder, you will take pride in your craftsmanship, working independently to deliver high-quality results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Installing insulated panels on commercial freezer bodies and working from detailed engineering drawings.
Cutting metals, woods, and plastics using a variety of hand tools and bench equipment.
Electrically terminating lighting, switches, and tail lifts.
Sealing joints, floors, and roofs with silicone and gel coatings.
Ensuring compliance with all company health and safety procedures and maintaining a tidy workspace in Melksham.
We are seeking a reliable Vehicle Builder with a strong understanding of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be:
An experienced Commercial Vehicle Builder with a focus on safety and wellbeing.
Proficient in using hand tools, bench saws, and measuring equipment.
Able to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively.
A committed team player who embodies the values of being rewarding, reliable, and respectful.
Based in or able to commute to the Melksham area.
