My client is seeking a motivated and qualified Vehicle Technician to join their team in Bridgwater. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and their vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of faults across various car makes and models (Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair minimum qualification required).
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, servicing, and MOT preparation.
• Utilise diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint technical problems.
• Clearly explain repairs and recommendations to customers, providing excellent communication.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Continuously develop your skills by attending relevant training courses (often provided by the employer).

Benefits:

• Competitive salary up to £35,000 DOE (Dependant On Experience).
• Uncapped commission opportunity with a potential extra annual earning CIRCA £4,000.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (minimum).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
