My client is seeking a qualified and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our team in Salisbury, Wiltshire. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of vehicles. You will use your diagnostic skills to identify and troubleshoot problems, ensuring all repairs are completed to the highest standards

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems.
• Follow manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed on vehicles.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Qualified Vehicle Technician
• IMI Level 3 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Competence
• A valid MOT Licence
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• A positive and can-do attitude
• A full UK driving licence
