Tom’s background is with De Vere Hotels and Village Urban Resorts. With three years of F&B Management experience, Tom joined Platinum in 2015 and now recruits within the Regional division, looking after Dorset, Hampshire, and Wiltshire.
Having grown up, lived, and worked in the area, he has first-hand knowledge of the Clients he now works alongside.
Even outside work, Tom’s passion is F&B! He loves to cook, experiment with new cocktails, and find the best local spots to eat and drink. The perfect weekend? Saturday night dinner out, followed by a cosy Sunday, cooking a roast dinner with a bottle of wine.
