Career

After completing a Hospitality Management HND in 2000, Rachael joined Compass and worked at many of the UK’s largest sporting events. Joining the Platinum family in 2011, she has since dedicated herself to building relationships with existing clients and developing new partnerships, all in the name of growing the business.

Rachael’s career at Platinum has been nothing short of meteoric. In just seven years, she has risen from Partner to Director of Business Development to Director/Owner. Along the way, she has consistently exceeded expectations, driving growth in all the divisions. She is also a gifted organiser, and her Trade Show diary is always packed with events.

Rachael is a true asset to Platinum, and her passion for recruitment is contagious. She is always looking for new ways to grow the business and help her clients succeed.

Rachael is a devoted mother of two, who cherishes every moment spent with her family. She and her husband share a passion for exploring new places, from culinary adventures to scenic hikes. Her two sons are her world, and she’s dedicated to nurturing their growth and supporting their dreams.

When she finds a quiet moment, Rachael enjoys practising yoga, playing the piano, and organising gatherings with friends and family.
