James is 1/16th Japanese and 1/16th Italian, although his football loyalty is firmly rooted in Bournemouth. He’s been an AFC Bournemouth season ticket holder for an impressive 18 years!

A Glimpse Into James’ Career

James began his career in vehicle and asset finance, progressing from a brokerage role into management before moving into the lending side of the industry.

Recruitment had always been on his radar, and when rising interest rates changed the finance sector, he saw an opportunity to make the move.

After gaining experience with two established recruitment agencies, James joined Platinum as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in Plant and Agricultural recruitment. It was the perfect opportunity to build on his experience and develop his expertise in a sector he’s passionate about.

On a Personal Note…

Football is a big part of James’ life. Whether he’s playing himself or cheering on AFC Bournemouth from the stands, he’s rarely far from the beautiful game.

Away from football, he loves spending time with his son, Joey, and taking his dog, Rico, out for walks. That’s assuming Rico can be persuaded to leave the house!
