Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the procurement, inventory, and management of plant parts and accessories, including finance and stock availability.
• Developing and implementing efficient Parts management processes and systems.
• Liaising with suppliers and negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
• Leading the Parts Department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Parts Advisor in the Plant, Agriculture, or Construction industries.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Experience implementing and improving processes in a parts department
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Experience Manager level.
