Parts Advisor – Horsham | £30,000 + Monday-Friday hours & real career progression

We’re recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established operation in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already working as a Parts Advisor, whether that’s within automotive, HGV, bus & coach, agriculture, forklift, agriculture, plant or something similiar to these industries , who is looking for a stable, weekday-only role with long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities:
This Parts Advisor role is key to keeping the operation running smoothly:

• You’ll be the first point of contact for all parts enquiries via phone, email, and trade counter
• You’ll accurately identify parts using EPC systems and technical catalogues
• You’ll manage stock control, including ordering, stocktakes, and fast-moving parts availability
• You’ll liaise with suppliers to source parts quickly and cost-effectively
• You’ll support engineers and service teams to ensure minimal downtime
• You’ll process orders, invoices, returns, and warranty claims
• You’ll maintain an organised and efficient parts department

What we’re looking for:
We’re specifically looking for an experienced Parts Advisor who understands a fast-paced parts environment:

• You must have current or recent experience as a Parts Advisor (any sector considered – automotive, HGV, plant, forklift, agriculture, powered access, bus & coach or something similiar)
• You’ll be confident using parts systems, EPC or similar catalogues
• You’ll have strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• You’ll be comfortable dealing with both customers and internal teams
• You’ll bring a proactive and reliable approach to your work
