Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting smooth service operations:

• Support the scheduling and coordination of field and workshop engineers
• Assist with planning PPM, servicing, and statutory inspections
• Help manage breakdown calls and ensure timely updates
• Liaise with suppliers to order and track parts
• Keep customers and internal teams informed on job progress
• Maintain accurate service, compliance, and administrative records
• Process job sheets, check labour hours, and assist with invoicing
• Provide general administrative support to the service department
