We’re recruiting a Freight Sales Executive to join a growing independent freight forwarder in Shepperton, Surrey. A company known for its flexible approach, strong client relationships, and high service standards across air and sea freight.

Key Responsibilities
This Freight Sales Executive role is a sales-led role with real ownership-not just maintaining accounts.
- Develop and win new business across air & sea freight services
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities
- Prepare and present tailored freight solutions
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth execution
- Operate independently while contributing to overall business growth

- Proven track record in air & sea freight sales
- Stable background within freight forwarding
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
