Key Responsibilities:

This is a varied Sales Administrator position where you’ll help ensure customer orders and deliveries are managed efficiently from quotation through to dispatch.

• Liaise confidently with customers and internal teams
• Coordinate the dispatch of domestic and export consignments
• Update internal systems with accurate order and customer information
• Review, update and negotiate customer costings
• Manage relationships with external carriers
• Manage quotations and follow up where required
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are followed
• Support ongoing quality control improvements and development

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware and confident communicating with both customers and colleagues.

• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or a similar coordination role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using internal systems and managing multiple tasks
• Commercial awareness with the confidence to discuss costs and quotations
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience within manufacturing, logistics or export environments would be advantageous
